Mindwind Career Coaching option is for individuals who want to really put themselves out there! It is a deep and rewarding experience that guides you towards truly meaningful career and life. After the process, you really know who you are and have a clear vision of your life and career purpose. This process is profound in many ways because we will equip you with everything you need to be successful on the job markets. The program consists of

• Enneagram career personality analysis including career motivators, strengths, blind spots and what you need in job to be satisfied
• Working with the CareerStorm Navigator - an intelligent online tool for analysing options for careers and lives.
• StrengthsFinder analysis with a development plan
• Emotional Intelligence analysis with a development plan
• 10 hours of career coaching by phone or in person (only in Helsinki-Espoo area)
• Optional: CV feedback in Finnish or English
• Optional: Mock interview with a feedback

This programme can be done either in weekly sessions by phone or in person or optionally in two full intensive days. Payment schedule is negotiable.

Note: This option is especially suitable for people who want to grow as leaders in international business.

 Mindwind Fast Track Career Coaching -option is for individuals who want to optimise their career development actions for maximal efficiency. This approach is a fast track solution for those individuals who are relatively clear about their overall career goals but wish to be sure of their optimal career path and development actions. After the process, you are aware of your strengths, values, work motivators and have a clear vision of a career that is right for you with a plan how to get there. The program consists of

• Enneagram career personality analysis including career motivators, strengths, blind spots and what you need in job to be satisfied
• Working with the CareerStorm Navigator - an intelligent online tool for analysing options for careers and lives.
• 5 sessions of career coaching by phone or in person (only in Helsinki-Espoo area)
• CV feedback in Finnish or English

Note: This option is suitable for international people launching their careers in Finland with an extra emphasis put on to knowledge of the Finnish job markets. Also expatriate spouses around the world will hugely benefit from this when launching their careers in a new country or after repatriation.
